Where are we located?
70 km from Geneva airport and 30 km from Thonon les Bains train station, La Cordée Côté Sud is situated in the village of Morzine, close to the slopes of Avoriaz.
Our chalet is close to the village centre in Morzine, (just 15 mins walk), we’re also far from the noise of the resort and the main roads.
The free shuttle bus stop, just 100m away, provides quick and easy access to the ski slopes of Morzine and Avoriaz.
The chalets private parking can accommodate up to 8 cars in complete security and at no extra cost.

La Cordée Côté Sud is made up of 2 separate spaces:
Our AROMATES apartment is located on the upper floors of the chalet. It consists of 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 5 toilets, a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen (30m2), a panoramic terrace, an outdoor jacuzzi, an indoor sauna and can accommodate up to 14 people.
Our EPICES space is a combination of 2 apartments within the chalet with 2 interior connections to each other. In total, it consists of 8 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 6 toilets, 1 large master suite with bathroom/toilet, 2 large living rooms (30m2 + 60m2) and their equipped kitchens, outdoor jacuzzi, indoor sauna, a panoramic terrace, a large terrace on the ground floor.
